At a construction worksite, the activities, plant, and equipment can be dangerous, so maintaining high standards of safety is critical for not just workers but also for the success of the project. These safety reports record the happenings at the site so that the management can take corrective actions. These reports record hazards, incidents, and near misses.

Are competent workers identified and present?
Is excavation safe from cave ins?
Is all material stored at least two feet away from the trench?
Is egress available at every two feet?
