Accident Safety at site Inspection Checklist

Accident Safety inspection at the site is used by the admin or plant manager to audit all the safety criteria for employees at the site. This is to prevent accidents from happening at the site and to ensure that if any accidents happen, the first aid and fire extinguishers are in place and ready to use. With extinguishers in hand, a major outbreak can be avoided. This audit can be done weekly for safety reasons.
