Machine Induction Checklist

Machine Induction is done to install a machine into the workplace if it is new, leased or returned out of commission. A corrective action is any modification or repair required to ensure machinery meets the standards. The completed checklist (including all corrective actions) must be reviewed and signed off by the operator or supervisor at the facility.
