Is the new site safe to visit?
Do you find the old site more safe than the new site?
Is the site eligible for safe sign in?
Does the site need an escort?
Is an escort available?
Is the number of escort available to you?
Do you have the permission to access the site when it’s all empty?
Are there any obstacles present on the ground of the site like debris, dust, etc.?
Is there any sign of overheard activity?
Are the activities inside the site carried out in a safe manner?
Is the mobile plant at a distance of 3 meters?
All the structures inside the site including scaffolding, stairs, etc. are safe to use?
Does the site have control over wrong actions like wrong parking, mishandling of the hazardous chemicals, etc.?
Does the site have control over the wrong actions of others that might affect us?
Do the site members wear PPE kit as and when required?
Is the evacuation point easily visible and accessible by the members?
First aid is evident to the members and accessible?
The members have a GIT card?
In case of unsafe sites, is JSEA completed?
