Dilapidation Report

To assess the condition of a building at a given point in time, a dilapidation survey is conducted by an independent surveyor. The report gives a detailed summary of tasks to be undertaken to restore the building to its original condition. This is often done after the property is vacated by a tenant and has to be prepared for a new tenant. The report is also prepared as a part of pre-works at a construction site.
