Assembly Process Audit Checklist

An audit of a manufacturing process is a complete check of the process to validate that it is taking place as per the standard. Assembly process audit is done to ensure that the process is as per standard, all equipment is calibrated and in good condition, the processes are standardised and that continuous improvement is happening. If everything is in place at the assembly line, there will be no rejection cost or rework expenditure. This will lead to smooth workflow and faster growth.
