Are the supplied pipes of the approved make and meeting required specifications?
Have the pipes been tested at the manufacturer’s premises, inspected by TPI, and test certificates provided?
Do the GI specials (ferrules, saddles, etc.) conform to specifications with valid MC and test certificates?
Were the trenches excavated to the correct depth and as per the approved dimensions?
Is the pipeline aligned correctly with proper bedding according to specifications?
Was the jointing material used as per the prescribed specifications?
Have all households been connected with pipelines as per approved drawings?
Has the completion list of beneficiaries with FHTC been prepared and attached with running bills?
Was any bursting of pipeline observed during execution/testing?
Have all leakages identified during testing been repaired satisfactorily?
Was backfilling done in layers, watered, and consolidated as per specifications?
Is the final filling carried out to the required level, without settlement issues?
Have signatures from the household owner and VWSC been obtained?
